IMPORTANT NOTE FOR PASSENGERS
The North Pole Express Under the Covid Protection Framework.
As you will be aware New Zealand has shifted to the new Covid Protection Framework. Under both the Orange and Red Traffic Light settings we are not able to operate without a vaccine certificate requirement. As such, we require all passengers over 12 years 3 months old who are eligible to be vaccinated against COVID-19 to present a valid vaccine pass on the date of departure. This can be either the electronic Vaccine Pass or the paper version of the pass. You must be fully vaccinated in order to travel with us this year.
The North Pole Express will not convey passengers who are eligible for vaccination but do not present a valid vaccine pass.
